Robert and Kyle were phenomenal in assisting with planning our cruise and some international travel. They were very responsive and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and providing multiple options to fit our needs. We booked a group cruise with our neighbors through Kyle and Robert at Cruise Planners for the March 1, 2025 sailing of the NCL Epic out of Port Canaveral. My wife and I made plans with the assistance of Robert at Cruise Planners. It was for a 4 day stay in St. Augustine and Robert booked our excursions, hotel, a wine tour and a few few other items. Robert, with Cruise Planners, put together a great trip to Australia for our group. The logistics of the trip was not easy: 1) there were some aspects of the trip that had already been reserved on our own, and; 2) our parties were arriving at the final destination on different days and using different modes of transportation for arrival. From the beginning, we were provided ideas and options to choose for attractions to visit. This allowed for us to have as much input as possible in seeing what we wanted. At the same time, Robert brought to the table different ideas and attractions we may want to consider. After the main activities and attractions were finalized, Robert went to work on arranging all the transportation that would be needed. When the plan and the execution of the plan work well, it makes for an easy and enjoyable time. This is what happened on this trip, with one exception. It is when things don’t go as planned, that one can see and understand the benefit Robert brings to the table. Our snafu was minor, but was going to impact the remainder of the day. Even though we were 17 time zones apart, Robert was able to facilitate a solution, which took about 20 minutes. Considering the time difference and intercontinental conversations that had to take place, I view this as being extremely expeditious. Even though Robert had completed all the upfront work to make arrangements, he did not abandon us when his knowledge of the inner workings of the travel industry were most needed by our group. I know that Robert stood by ready to assist, up until we finally returned home from our 52 day holiday. Not only would I recommend Robert to assist you in making your next vacation plans, I am already using his services to visit Africa in the not too distant future. Well, where do I begin? oh, so Kyle and Robert really made things happen. For my first cruise and first experience using them I had a Fabulous Experience minus missing my boat in Miami and having to meet them in the Dominican Republic. These guys stayed with me throughout my crazy adventure. My flight was delayed by Southwest and so I missed my boat in Miami since I arrived at 4:40. Thankfully they helped make it so I could still go on the cruise. I had to get from Miami to the Dominican Republic and they helped me every step of the way......If it wasn't for them I would have missed out on the great time I ended up having. Once I got on the boat they showed me everything. Kyle and Robert are both great to work with. They were always available to answer questions ,even while on their own vacation on a different continent! They kept us on track since we booked early,making sure we didn’t forget our payment deadlines and getting various transports setup and excursions planned. I like to pick my own excursions and they set me loose on the viator site (when I didn’t find what I wanted through the cruise line) to choose exactly what I wanted. All of our trip info was collected by them and put onto their app so I could track it all in one place.

My fiancé worked alongside Robert and Kyle of Cruise Planners to create this amazing experience in Cancún, Mexico for my birthday. We had an amazing time at the Yucatán Princess Platinum Resort. Robert and Kyle were able to find this amazing resort that had all I ever wanted when visiting Mexico for the first time. They were able to find an all inclusive resort along the beach with a walk-in pool in the back of our room. Food and Drinks were amazing too!
